Thank you for visiting my fitness website! I’ve been a fitness advocate my entire life with a special focus on the Hourglass Figure and waist to hip ratio sculpting for ALL women regardless of body type or age. As a child I took ballet lessons and climbed the beautiful hills of Piedmont, California in East Bay Area. As an adult living in both the North Bay and Oakland, California I trained in or taught over 2000 hours in Pilates, Yoga and Gyrotonics Expansion. I realized that these Mind Body disciplines, while excellent for fine tuning simply weren’t enough to help my clients and myself achieve dramatic long range body sculpting and weight loss goals. Strength training and moderate cardio remain the key components of my easy to follow yet highly effective training programs. My fitness knowledge and guidance are not wholly externally guided either. Unlike the majority of other fitness experienced instructors I’ve not only successfully conquered being overweight but I’ve had both a natural child birth and a myomectomy (equivalent to a c-section). I’ve also dealt with physiological and life altering events that make weight loss virtually impossible and found the route through them to being healthy. I not only understand the various dramatic changes our bodies go through over time as women but I’ve experienced them myself! Managing stress and healing from trauma (both emotional and physical) are often over looked in today’s one size fits all health and fitness due to inexperience but NEVER in my programs. I’m a mother, daughter, wife, friend, entertainer and very experienced instructor here to help you achieve your life fitness goals.
